Truth vs True

Truth is Universal, absolute even if you don't believe it ... it is still Truth.  Truth; our very essence is a piece of the Universal Force that plays in the background of everyday life. It doesn't always seem that way... and it is still Truth.  At one time everyone believed the world was flat,  when in Truth it was round.  Believing it was flat didn't change the Truth... believing you are not part of this Universal Force doesn't change the Truth that you are.  Believing, whole heartedly that you are can be questionable for some.

This has been coming up for me recently and I've been contemplating this very Truth. Many times I have synchronicities that confirms this Truth. No question, no doubt the essence within is part of this Universal Force and other times it's a challenge to accept this Truth.  I believe the path of life is the journey to know our True essence, the Spiritual Self and to reveal what we are not; to see the Truth.

True is what you believe to be true, something that seems true to you but not true for someone else. A judgement about an event, person or circumstance can be considered something true for you. Someone else has a different judgment about the same event, person or circumstance that is true for them. What we believe to be true becomes our Truth and this can become disempowering.  Unconscious beliefs, limiting beliefs and assumptions give the illusion of Truth. It is only when we look inside ourselves and challenge our disempowering beliefs that the Truth is unveiled.  Question anything that disempowers you or generates stress,  it's more likely to be something you believe as true.

Defining Love ~ The Ending of a Relationship

Today I write about a blog in consideration of what I learned about Love in my recent ending of a three year relationship.... In my own process of self-inquiry, self-reflection and taking responsibility for my own feelings, thoughts and behaviors. I have discovered amazing insight into my own unconscious beliefs about Love. The Beginning: I met him online and slowly we started to get to know one another. Not spending  much time with one another, going slow.  During this time, I listened to his experiences and words... I chose to unconsciously see him the way I wanted him to "Be" for me. The Beginning

I wasn't sure where to begin.... so I'm just going to start.  There actually is no real beginning that I can or cannot remember.  I've always had an inner knowing that life has much more meaning than what is visibly in front of us.  And I was always in search of what it is that wasn't visible... even when I didn't realize I was searching for it. Journaling was a big part of my life growing up.
