My goal over the next several months is to find more ways to support and serve others to what they truly want. My skills in coaching clients is supporting others to transcend what no longer serves them, the art of Self Mastery. Shifting the mindset, providing the tools and techniques to shift your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. I achieve this not only through my coaching skills,  also through all that I have learned, used and practiced in my own transcending to Self Mastery.  I use my mentoring and intuitive consulting skills, along with the Creative Soul Journaling process. Love heals all things .... All minds are joined..... All things are possible.... You are the spark of the Divine... Infinite Unlimited Being... Love at times has been a challenge for me, receiving love, feeling unconditionally loved, loving and accepting myself.  In my journey of transcending, I have come to compassion, acceptance and truly trusting and loving myself.  Seeing myself like never before, and for this I am grateful. When I think of unconditional love, my children come to mind. The deepest kind of love, a love that never wavers, a love that is difficult to put words too. I see only the love and light they truly are, even when they don't see it in themselves. No matter what they are experiencing, or going through I see only Love. I feel unconditional Love for them, through them and from them... There is nothing more powerful than this..

We all have The Story Teller within us, he/ she is called many names. The new name I'm calling mine  is 'The Story Teller'.  Let me explain about the Story Teller, it is the part of us that is our inner critic, saboteur, ego, small self and it does 4 things. It protects us, avoids, controls or makes someone right and its insidious in how it does this. There are means to be aware of its insidious ways; here is one of the ways that has created space for  giving me awareness.  Noticing the Story you are telling yourself... about EVERYTHING! Challenge yourself, your story...How true is it REALLY? Do you know this 100% for sure?
