Truth vs True

Truth is Universal, absolute even if you don't believe it ... it is still Truth.  Truth; our very essence is a piece of the Universal Force that plays in the background of everyday life. It doesn't always seem that way... and it is still Truth.  At one time everyone believed the world was flat,  when in Truth it was round.  Believing it was flat didn't change the Truth... believing you are not part of this Universal Force doesn't change the Truth that you are.  Believing, whole heartedly that you are can be questionable for some. This has been coming up for me recently and I've been contemplating this very Truth. Many times I have synchronicities that confirms this Truth. No question, no doubt the essence within is part of this Universal Force and other times it's a challenge to accept this Truth.  I believe the path of life is the journey to know our True essence, the Spiritual Self and to reveal what we are not; to see the Truth. Happy Mother's Day!

Today is a day we honor all Mother's.  Being a mother and having my mother was truly a blessing, although my mom has passed she is always close in my heart... Missing her and realizing that everyday she was physically here was Mother's day.  She was beautiful, kind, creative and funny and I miss her so very much.  I miss her voice, hearing how she said my name, her laugh and most of all her love. The role of a daughter takes a different perspective when your mom is no longer here.  You have an altered way of being in the world. I'm blessed to have become a mother and cherish my children with so much love! It truly is the greatest gift I have been given. I'm grateful and honored to be a mother and to have had the experience of my mothers love. Happy Mother's Day!

Journaling of the Soul ~ Conquering Fear Fear is the number one block to experiencing true joy and fulfillment in our life’s journey.   Fear has become so habitual and conditioned that we continue to live from this state without even being aware of it or recognizing it.  Some of our fears are easy to recognize but there are others that are not recognizable and these are the ones that drive us the most- the unconscious fears.  We will learn through journaling to uncover those fears and rise above them. Emotional Awareness Part 2

Part 2  of emotional awareness is fear.  Our fear is the most prevalent number one emotion that blocks us, creates imbalance and keeps us from living our dreams.  We miss opportunities, don't connect with others and inhibit our emotional growth. Fear is a multidimensional part of our human-ness and for many of us it is driving our 'bus'. The most debilitating fears are the ones out of our awareness - the unconscious fears.  I didn't recognize how they limited my joy, fulfillment and freedom. Through the lens of fear; we sometimes alter our behavior and become inauthentic which keeps us small and suppressed in an unnatural form of being,  a state of resistance. All in the name of an unwarranted fear that is playing in the back ground of my life, that I've become so accustomed to that it is unrecognizable to me. And yet in many cases I'd wonder why parts of my life weren't working or why I felt something was missing.  These were indications for me to take...

Emotional Awareness

Emotional Awareness is knowing what you are feeling and labeling it through descriptive words.  Sometimes we have a feeling and aren't actually aware of what we are feeling. I have experienced this with anger,  I have always had an underlining thread of anger I just hadn't recognized it as anger.  It was so much a part of how I was feeling and being I hadn't even noticed it. I'm not talking about the quick anger you feel with outbursts or conflicts,  this is a normal human reaction in certain situations. I'm talking about a slight feeling, touch of anger that underlines all parts of yourself. Who you show up as, how you view yourself and others, how you respond to your circumstances,  how you respond to your own thoughts, how your respond with others... it is in all aspects of your life.
